Your first session is a safe, gentle space to share your story and what brings you here. We’ll explore your goals, discuss any current challenges, and clarify how therapy or holistic coaching can support you. You’ll leave the session with a clearer understanding of the process and the next steps in your healing or growth journey.
Most sessions last between 50 to 60 minutes, though some wellness or trauma integration sessions may be slightly longer depending on the method used (e.g., breathwork, somatic grounding, or mindfulness).
You don’t need to prepare anything specific. Just come as you are. If you’d like, you can jot down what’s been on your mind or what you’d like to get out of our work together.

Everything you share remains private, except in cases where there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is legally required.
This depends on your goals and needs. Some clients start with weekly sessions for consistency, while others transition to bi-weekly or monthly check-ins as they progress. Together, we’ll decide what pace supports your healing and growth best.
